The hotel's breakfast was satisfactory with waffles and fresh fruit to satisfy any taste. The pool area was nice. The location was marvelous, near the shuttle service to the airport, making it a great place to stay the night before or after a long trip.

The rooms have a single bed and a very clean bathroom, plus a great location next to restaurants and shopping places, with a convenient airport shuttle to Dallas at 10 am.

Unfortunately, there were no redeeming factors during our stay at this hotel. The only positive aspect was the friendly and punctual shuttle driver we encountered the next morning. Other than that, the experience was completely disappointing.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The first issue was the shuttle service, which took an excruciating 45 minutes to pick us up from the airport.

The hotel is quiet and great. It's located near shopping places. Free 24-hour airport shuttle available. Impeccable and neat room. Good-sized television, microwave, and a single bed provided.

The price was excellent and close to the airport.

We recently stayed at Quality Inn for a weekend getaway. The young woman at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing a wheelchair accessible room for our daughter. The room was clean and the bathroom had a usable shower. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh fruit and a variety of options. The staff was friendly and check-in/out was efficient. a fantastic experience.

Room was clean, breakfast was v ery good. Pool was OK.

The only problem that I had was the room would not cool down. At one point in the middle of the night, it was cooler outside than inside. When I mentioned it at checkout, the front desk clerk stated "well, it's hot outside"......?????

The rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and convenient for a layover between flights or business at the airport. Good facilities and shuttle service to airport or nearby dining and shopping.

Shuttle service at airport needs to be more specific in pick-up location. Get written confirmation to any variation in the booking. I extended stay for 8 hours and was quoted 3 different rates right up to check out. Reception/Housekeeping phoned twice to find out when I was checking out even though the Do Not Disturb sign was on and extension had been arranged on a previous stay and confirmed at check-in. All amicably settled and would stay there again.

The outdoor pool was fantastic, perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's location near Whataburger and a 24hr gas station was very convenient. The rooms lived up to the expectations set by the website, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

Although we had a great experience at Quality Inn, we would have liked the breakfast to be available for a bit longer, especially since it was a Saturday and we had a late arrival. Additionally, we had an issue with our credit card being charged despite requesting otherwise.
